MIDDLE-EASTERN COOKING

Tired of chalky hummus and grainy falafel? Come learn to make fluffy and crispy falafel, creamy hummus and soft hot pitas in our Middle Eastern class. They taste better than anything you will get outside. We will serve a salad with the meal. You will be provided with recipes.

DOUGHNUTS AND COFFEE class

We will make leavened and unleavened American doughnuts in this class. Cinnamon dusted, jelly and pastry cream filled and chocolate glazed. Learn to make the dough, proof, cut, fry and fill.

Macaroons and Meringues Class

In this class learn to work with both these classic French confections made with almonds and hazelnuts. Chocolate and vanilla macaroons sandwiches with caramel and almond buttercream and a classic hazelnut meringue cake called Dacquoise layered with mocha cream and chocolate sauce.

COOKIE MATH

For kids between 4-7 use cookies to improve your math. Well give u a set of cookies and a number. You make the equation then decorate with icing and sprinkles . Inr 800 2-4 pm
Madeleines andProfiteroles
In this class use the classic French pate a Choux to make cheesy gougeres followed by swan shaped profiteroles piped with fresh pastry cream and chocolate . Inr 2500 pp 2-5 pm Saturday

My My Miss American Pie

3 classic American pies – lemon meringue pie, pecan pie, and a latticed top fruit pie. We will use 3 different pastry crusts for these pies- pate brisee, pate sable and American shortcrust.
