Healthy Sauteed Snap Peas with Onion and Red Chilli flakes

An easy and healthy side dish for when you've had a long day.


  • 200g Snap peas washed and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup white onions peeled and finely sliced in rings
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Red chilli flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste


Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and saute until translucent and soft but don't brown the onions. Add snap peas and chilli flakes, toss and saute until snap peas are crisp and edible. Season with salt. Serve immediately.
