  • 50% advance Payment accepted by NEFT only
  • Balance due on pick up

REFUND POLICY

  • We offer a full refund for orders cancelled 3 days before the pick up date except for the matured Xmas cakes.
  • Prices include GST.
  • We cannot be responsible for the quality of your goods once they have left our premises and if they are not collected on the specified date. We will reserve them in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • If the goods provided to you are not what you paid for, are spoiled or not suitable for consumption we would require 80% of the order to be returned within 1 business day for a full refund or replacement.
  • While your product maybe vegetarian and nut free please note our products are prepared in a non vegetarian kitchen that uses dairy, gluten and nuts.
  • If you have special requests or want a custom order please email us in detail and we will call you.
